We've been fortunate for Sol Survivor to catch some good reviews from both gamers and media lately, and we at Cadenza hope you are as excited as we are about the future of the budding community here! One of the most enjoyable things we've done so far with the community is hold developer play events, and we intend to go through with another! You can join the Sol Survivor developers as well as a number of gamers and game media on Saturday, 14th November starting at 11am Pacific time. We generally run about two hours per session, but it doesn't take much to convince us to stick around a bit longer! Also, for those of you following the Sol Survivor blog, we will be sadly cutting back on the number of weekly entries. At our current phase of development, we're having to go back in time and struggle to gather content that is compelling both to read and to write about. As we get closer to announcing our second title, we'll crank the blog schedule back up. Thanks for all of your support so far with Sol Survivor, and hopefully we'll see you in game on Saturday! |

The Cadenza team, in cooperation with some of the Xbox Indie Games blogging community, will be holding a weekend mulitplayer game session on Sunday, November 1st at noon (12pm) Pacific US time. Four of the Cadenza team members will be on hand along with some really good guys covering the Xbox Indie Games titles. Sol Survivor has been out now for around 48 hours, and as a team we're really excited to see how well people are taking to the project that truly is our baby. As we work toward delivering our first Xbox Indie Games patch, we'd like to get some player feedback on things they'd like to see for our second "live" build. We love the feedback we get, and we also love playing our game! As such, I'd like to invite anyone reading this to jump into a multi-player game tonight (September 18th) at 6:00 PM Pacific time alongside some of the developers! If you own a full-version copy of Sol Survivor, look for games being hosted by the following Gamertags: Cydereal - Community Manager (Forums: Askari) y2k4Crisis - Programmer (Forums: Elim) TheColdEquation - Programmer (Forums: ColdEquation) If you don't own a full-version copy of Sol Survivor, don't let the trial hold you back from taking the plunge! Indie Games on Xbox can only offer 8 minutes of trial, and that's not enough to get you feeling "twitchy," like the guys over at Destructoid. You can check out some of our early reviews on our forums by clicking here. See you tonight! |
