After a year and a half of hard work, Sol Survivor is ready for you on PC! We're really pleased with this build of the game, and we're all looking forward to supporting it in the days and months to come as it grows with the community.
If you're new to the site, our regular blog postings will be returning in the coming days, with posts on everything from game balance and design to graphical programming commentary and more. We also encourage you to follow us on Twitter by clicking here.
Our release draws ever closer, and the excitement among the Cadenza team is boiling over. Our last hours of testing will be put in over the next few days, and hopefully we'll get some last beta test multiplayer games in!
One bit of bad news: we've decided to scrap the Pre-Release event. It's being canceled for business reasons and the March 15th launch isn't in any way affected.
And a bit of good news: the Steam store page is available now! http://store.steampowered.com/app/45000/ The Impulse page should follow shortly!
Thanks again for all of your support, and we'll see you online for some multiplayer on the 15th.
After about 24 hours of delay, the closed beta became active at about 8pm PST last night (March 2nd)! Our first games on Steam have been smooth, though as expected our code team will have some bug tracking to do.
We're also formally announcing our pre-release as beginning on March 11th. The pre-release will include beta access until the 15th and a pre-release discount from our regular sale price of $10.
Thanks for all your support, and we'll see you all in game soon!
Our closed beta invites have gone out. Steam will have it hosted sometime tomorrow, as our submission was too late to catch them before they went home for the day.
If you receive a beta key, you can redeem it via Steam using the instructions in the e-mail that came with your key. While the download may not be available until we're hosted, it will claim it and have it ready for you when it's up.
The Cadenza Interactive team is proud to announce our release schedule for Sol Survivor!

Sol Survivor's PC release can now be confirmed for the Steam and Impulse digital distribution platforms! What does this mean?
